太阳能微动力污水处理系统的设计原则
 
在充分了解实际的农村村镇运行水质、水量并充分参考类比村镇的处理工艺的基础上,本文认为该污水处理工艺设计应采用如下原则:
 
(1)以农村村镇总体规划建设为指导,结合污水 处理系统工艺特点,充分考虑内外结合,使污水处理项目成为一个完整的、统一的工程项目。
(2)选择稳妥可靠、技术先进、投资省、运行费用低、管理简便、运行灵活的太阳能污水处理设备和仪器,为本污水处理系统的运行创造良好的条件。
(3)按照环保政策的要求进行设计,出水达到一级B排放标准。

Design Principles of Solar Microdynamic Sewage Treatment System
On the basis of fully understanding the actual running water quality and water quantity in rural villages and towns and making full reference to the treatment technology of similar villages and towns, this paper believes that the sewage treatment process design should adopt the following principles:
(1) Taking the overall planning and construction of rural villages and towns as guidance and combining the characteristics of the sewage treatment system, fully considering the combination of inside and outside, the sewage treatment project will become a complete and unified project.
(2) Choose solar sewage treatment equipment and instruments that are reliable, technologically advanced, economical to invest, low operating costs, simple to manage, and flexible to operate, so as to create good conditions for the operation of the sewage treatment system.
(3) Design in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Protection policy, and discharge water meets the level 1 B emission standard.
