曝气机无水花时首先检查是否送电,有时现场操作人员往往忽略了这一点,看到曝气机没水花,误以为是曝气机坏了。启动曝气机是在控制室内由生产操作人员远程操作控制的,启动曝气机前生产操作人员需要和电气人员沟通,要求送电。

如果已正常送电,仍没有水花,就要检查空气阀是否打开,阀门是否有故障,如果阀门已在打开标记位置,仍没有气泡,可能是阀板与阀杆已脱落,如检查阀板没有脱落,那就需要考虑鼓风机和风管的问题了。

如果鼓风机有故障,必然会使得同时与鼓风机并联的曝气机出现相同的故障现象。例如,曝气池内同时工作的曝气机中,发现有1 台曝气机工作无气泡冒出,其他的曝气机正常工作。吊起这台曝气机检查,发现是风管打折造成。当看到池面有气泡冒出但污水没有对流现象时,就是曝气机有故障了。因为叶轮不转,污水就不能对流。

在多年的观察和维修中工作人员发现,如果曝气机电机没有故障,则可能是减速机设备故障。减速机常见的问题有:(1) 减速机轴承损坏。拆开减速机会发现轴承损坏,传动失效。(2) 曝气机的机械密封故障。曝气机的机械密封故障有下面3 种情况:机械密封静环磨损漏油、机械密封动环损坏漏油、机械密封面崩裂漏油。
